Leeds City Museum first opened its doors in 1819 and was designed by Cuthbert Brodrick. A Grade II listed building that house many collections from around the world. Inside the museum you’ll find learning zones, a cafรฉ along with four floors filled with history.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY
Leeds City Museum has its fair share of paranormal activity. Staff and visitors have reported flickering lights, footsteps being heard in the halls and even an unknown figure on the balcony. Likely one of the most reported occurrences is the Leeds mummy who is often heard walking around his coffin!
